Returns & Exchanges Policy

We are happy to offer you a 30-day return policy!  This means you have a full 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase!

To get started with your return, visit our Return page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with easy instructions on how and where to send your package. Just a quick note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return won’t be accepted. If you have any questions about returns, feel free to reach out to us at hello@balmora.us. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll gladly help evaluate the issue and make things right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
There are just a few items that we can’t accept returns for, such as perishable goods (likefood, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. if you have any concents about a specific item, don’t hesitate to reach our to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once we accept the return, you can make a separate purchase for your new item.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
