Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within the United States

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase, subject to availability and credit verification. Upon shipment, you can expect to receive your order within 3-10 business days. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may take approximately 2-4 weeks for delivery. Estimated arrival times may be provided during checkout based on your location.

For expedited delivery within the U.S., please select the appropriate shipping option during checkout.* While shipping times may vary, we are committed to ensuring prompt delivery of your order. Please note that any additional shipping costs associated with expedited shipping are nonrefundable. Orders for expedited shipping must be placed by 2PM Eastern Time to qualify for same-day shipment.

Please be aware that we do not operate shipping services on weekends or U.S. holidays, and Saturday delivery is not currently available. Any items ineligible for expedited shipping will be indicated at checkout.

Outside of the United States

For orders shipped outside of the U.S., most are processed and shipped within 2 business days from the date of purchase, subject to availability and credit verification. All international orders are shipped via express service to ensure delivery within 3-8 business days. Please note that we do not operate shipping services on weekends or U.S. holidays, and Saturday delivery is not currently available.

Pre-orders

A pre-order is when you order an item that we don’t have on-hand yet. Don’t worry—your order will be shipped as soon as the item is available, typically within 4-5 weeks. If your order includes both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, we’ll ship the in-stock item right away and charge you for it.

For pre-ordered items, your credit or debit card will be charged when your item is ready for shipping. If we can’t capture payment for your pre-order, the order may be canceled, and you’ll need to place a new order with a valid payment method. Please note that PayPal can’t be used for pre-orders. Once your pre-order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your pre-order item has shipped.
