To ensure added security, the billing address provided to Balmora must match the address on file with your credit card company. Discrepancies between these addresses may delay the processing of your order.

*Credit Card gift cards can only be redeemed for orders less than or equal to the full amount on the gift card. Orders cannot be split between two forms of payment when using Credit Card gift cards.

Payment Processing and Authorization Holds: When you place an order, an authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. However, your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. If your order ships on the same day it is placed, the authorization hold may appear as a second charge. This hold will be released within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank’s policies. For debit or check card payments, funds are immediately deducted from your account.

Credit Card ID Number/CCV: To enhance security, we require the card’s CCV/ID number for online purchases. This 3- or 4-digit number is located as follows:

• American Express: 4 digits on the front, near the far right.
• Visa or MasterCard: 3 digits on the back, near the signature panel.

If your card does not display a CCV/ID number, you are not required to enter one.
